Traineeships

Traineeships are a structured program between a team member, employer and Registered Training Organisation. Through a training contract, team members are taken through training and then assessed in their understanding and performance in each subject area. This assessment leads to a nationally recognised qualification.

For Team Members

  • Learn on the job with practical skills

  • Course fees paid by your employer

For Employers

  • Payroll tax exemptions in some states for eligible team members

  • Federal government money incentives for team members

  • Federal government wage subsidy of 50% of staff wages for 12 months for eligible team members
